Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and ensure Associates complete tasks according to the store plan. Train and mentor staff on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock rotation, uphold signage standards, and ensure compliance with safety, recycling, and labor laws. Communicate priorities with management and provide progress updates while supporting shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
