Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with shoppers, maintaining a clean store, and modeling exceptional service. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock rotation, uphold signage standards, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Communicate priorities with management and coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain efficient goods flow. This role supports store shrink reduction goals, promotes safety awareness, and adheres to all labor laws and policies. Requires one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay range $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
