Job Summary
Coordinate receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring merchandise is processed efficiently and on the sales floor; train and mentor associates on merchandising principles; maintain tagging, hanging, back stock organization, and proper coding; manage in-store flow by communicating priorities to the Coordinator on Duty; monitor team productivity and provide coaching; uphold merchandising philosophy, signage, cleanliness, and backroom standards; ensure compliance with labor laws, safety, and company policies while supporting credit and loyalty programs and store shrink reduction goals. Strong emphasis on customer experience, teamwork, and effective communication to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations
- Ability to train others
