Job Summary
Organize and display digital assets across presentation platforms, troubleshoot basic technical issues during meetings and productions, and coordinate Zoom meetings and webinars. Support daily studio scheduling, inventory tracking for equipment and supplies, and maintain studio readiness through maintenance coordination. Assist with live event production planning, equipment shipping and receiving, and user access management. Prepare and process payroll for event and technical freelance staff while managing office-in-a-box resources and production staffing logistics. Requires regular on-site attendance for four days per week, ability to travel, and willingness to work long hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week
- Familiarity with Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic troubleshooting skills for audio/visual and technology-related issues
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work long hours (evenings/weekends)
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience or internship experience in live events, studio operations, production support, or technical coordination
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
