Job Summary
Coordinating Talent and Culture operations and supporting talent acquisition in a Montreal-based non-profit. Responsibilities include orchestrating onboarding (contracts, welcome kits, equipment logistics, and culture integration), serving as first point of contact for policy/benefits questions, payroll data validation, drafting official documents, managing employee records, and supporting Talent & Culture initiatives. Also provides pipeline management, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and candidate liaison support. Requires 2–3 years in Talent/HR coordination, strong organization, discretion, and fluency in both French and English. Located in Montreal with an office-focused, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a Talent and Culture coordination role or a similar function
- A very good foundation in Talent/HR support
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive files
- Rigor with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Agility and collaboration to partner with team members
- Bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken
