Job Summary
Coordinating the operation of New Hampshire’s transmission and distribution facilities with emphasis on system security and reliability; performing computer studies and simulations to analyze system conditions and recommend responses, including emergency operating procedures; communicating with ISO-NE, participants, and System Operations staff to ensure reliable bulk power operation; developing contingency plans, improving operating practices, and guiding restoration during disturbances; on-call support with after-hours communications; requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience and at least five years of dispatching experience; ability to obtain NERC certification; travel between MA/CT/NH may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, or the equivalent experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of related dispatching experience
- Licenses & Certifications: The ability to obtain the North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) certification.
