Job Summary

Develop landscape-level work plans and align activity strategies across wildlife and agriculture teams. Implement field demonstrations, farmer training sessions, and capacity building workshops while documenting evidence and tracking progress. Coordinate with government departments, FPOs, and partners to ensure timely project execution and certification compliance for BCI and ICS groups. Conduct regular field visits for supervision, monitoring, and troubleshooting, and maintain high-quality MIS data for decision-making. Lead internal review discussions and manage audit processes with certification bodies.

Required Qualifications

  • M.Sc. in Biology, Agriculture or related subject from a reputed University in India or abroad
  • Work experience on sustainable Agriculture or sustainable certification programmes, NRM, conservation in a conservation landscape
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience
