Job Summary
Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate movements and reconciliations within the ERP system, and lead cycle counts to resolve discrepancies. Create, review, and process batch orders aligned with production schedules while supporting reporting and issue resolution. Assist with purchase order creation and track delivery schedules with suppliers. Occasional nights and weekends required during inventory counts, batch processing periods, or system transitions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in inventory control, receiving, production support, or purchasing
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (D365, AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Schedule flexibility
- Occasional nights and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing or food production environment experience
- Experience with audits, cycle counts, or physical inventories
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
