Job Summary
Coordinate site acquisition processes according to legal and technical requirements; review and validate contractor reports and require changes to ensure candidates meet legal/technical conditions; coordinate with internal/external areas for legal validation, reporting, budgets, and contractor payments; liaise with municipal authorities and government entities to support technical/legal reports; support BTS projects and related tasks in a normal office environment with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferably in a technical field
- +5 years of Experience in site acquisition, real estate, contracts is preferred
- +5 years of Experience in wireless communication development and construction project management is a plus
- Proficient user of MS Office especially MS Excel & Pivot Tables
- Demonstrated mastery in ongoing multiple tasking and project management skills
- Disciplined and organized individual with attention to details
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth changing environment; ability to work independently and have the ability to interact with coworkers, management, auditors and other advisors
- Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to summarize and present data in an organized, concise manner
