Job Summary
Coordinator, Sea Production leads end-to-end company management and talent hospitality for Sea Production across cruise-line entertainment, from casting through onboarding, rehearsal, contracts, and debarkation. Responsibilities include travel and housing logistics, onboarding documentation, visa procurement, STCW certification scheduling, talent insurance administration, and coordination with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams to ensure brand-standard hospitality and operational efficiency. Must manage talent records, itineraries, compliance, and handovers, while supporting financial processes and talent experiences like welcome sessions and pre-departure briefings. Requires a Bachelor’s in Theatre/Entertainment or equivalent, 1-3 years in entertainment, strong communication, multi-project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Wrike familiarity is a plus. Flexible schedule with occasional weekend/holiday work; cruise-industry experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in the Theatre/Entertainment fields or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the entertainment industry (stage management, company management, theatrical admin, etc.)
- Motivation, dedication, passion, integrity, collaboration, and self-direction
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; familiarity with Wrike or other project management software is a plus
- Flexible schedule allowing for occasional work outside standard business hours (including weekends and holidays)
- Cruise industry experience preferred
