Job Summary

Partner with academic managers to support scheduling and approval of casual pay while maintaining master data for teaching and learning activities. Implement new casual scheduling processes and systems across the Faculty of Business and Economics, assisting people managers with the UKG time and attendance system. Collaborate with Workforce Compliance teams to report and mitigate risks, and develop adaptive processes for time and attendance management. This role supports the introduction of change and strengthens stakeholder relationships to improve scheduling efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong excel skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience using scheduling/booking systems or software or managing other similar processes (timetabling)
  • Ability to develop and refine processes to meet stakeholder needs
  • Current valid work rights for Australia
  • A Working with Children Check
