Job Summary
Coordinator, Sales role supporting retail growth and operational excellence across accounts, including end-to-end retailer meetings, launch readiness, item/product setup, planogram maintenance, demand planning data management, and retailer/vendor contract administration; based in West Hollywood, CA with in-person interview requirement; Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in sales/operations/retail preferred; strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; in-office, full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, planning or related field (beauty or retail experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with data analysis or planning tools is a plus
- Proactive, solutions-oriented thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of ownership
- Candidates must be able to attend an in-person interview in our West Hollywood Office
