Job Summary
Conduct clinical risk management and patient safety activities by identifying, mitigating, and controlling losses related to patient and visitor injury. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements for mandatory and voluntary patient safety reporting while facilitating root cause analyses and surveillance. Partner with clinical personnel to manage adverse outcomes, investigate incidents, and provide real-time consultation on risk management practices. Support the investigation of patient grievances and deliver education to staff on standards of practice and liability issues. Requires three to five years of healthcare experience, a Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of healthcare risk management and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years of experience in healthcare including behavioral health risk management or related field
- Clinical experience
- Applicable state licensure (if Licensed Health Care Professional)

- Three to five years of experience in a clinical role or clinical management
