Job Summary
Monitor and improve rider performance and compliance within allocated zones by auditing fleet appearance and behavior through on-ground visits. Lead rider recruitment for specific areas and manage rider rosters, including shift allocation, breaks, and off-days. Supervise rider onboarding and training schedules while grooming rider quality regarding behavior, appearance, and professionalism. Execute performance improvement plans for low-performing riders to reduce customer complaints and coach individual riders. Lead a team of rider coordinators and/or riders captains to drive service levels. This role supports talabat's mission to simplify everyday life and provide reliable earning opportunities for riders across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- English and Arabic is a must
- Influencer and a negotiation with good public speaking and presentation skills
- People management skills: Experience of managing bigger group of people
