Job Summary
Organize and control project plans and performance activities across multiple functional lines, including design engineering, manufacturing, installation, and field service. Manage standard product orders from engineering through delivery, invoicing, and closeout while maintaining an active communication pattern with internal and external customers. Send, receive, log, and archive documents to ensure complete record keeping, prepare reports and job-related transmittals, and support the company's invoicing and collection efforts. Monitor monthly progress on project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and assist in monitoring and reporting activities to the Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of general office experience
- Experience in support of proven project management techniques
- A Bachelor's Degree in Tech or Engineering (Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical), or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
- Demonstrated typing and computer proficiency in all business-related software packages (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
- exposure to MRP/ERP systems, MS Project and Adobe Acrobat Pro

- able to manage boundaries between work and personal life effectively
- Minimal physical requirements, primarily computer use, and communication via virtual platforms
- Flexibility to adapt to occasional scheduled video meetings and collaborative tasks

- high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods
- Compliance with company attendance standards
- Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of forces constantly to move objects
- Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dust, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, intense noises, and travel
Desired Qualifications
- experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment
- understanding of the importance of timely/accurate service from an engineering perspective (i.e., compilation of manuals, processing of drawings, maintaining schedules, etc.)
