Job Summary

Coordinate logistics and communications for events, meetings, trainings, and missions while arranging complex travel plans and itineraries. Maintain calendars, manage department contacts and mailing lists, and enter updates into the CRM database. Assist with research project planning, execute reporting and tracking for financials and budgets, and draft correspondence and documents. Prepare group mailings, take meeting notes, and organize department documentation files. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and maintain office and event supply inventory. This Individual Contributor role supports Project Interchange's strategic delegations to U.S. and international leaders in Israel, ensuring effective execution of administrative tasks and team efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience and intermediate job skills and knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook), Google Suite applications, and Zoom
