Job Summary
Coordinate and support the efficient execution of underground utility infrastructure installations by scheduling work crews, performing site previews, and managing inventory and specialty tooling. Conduct daily scanning of idle heavy equipment, generate utilization reports, and lead maintenance of operational yard facilities. Ensure safety compliance by tracking worker training matrices, validating subcontractor documentation, and monitoring quality assurance non-conformances. Process vendor paperwork, manage area-specific materials, and provide rush deliveries to crews as required. Report on operational data to assist in efficiency and generate customer reports. Recent college graduates in civil or construction fields with strong organizational skills and a valid driver's license are ideal.
Required Qualifications
- Recent College Graduate – Civil / Construction Technologist / Technician
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project
- Strong communication skills – oral and written
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with others as a team
