Job Summary
Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements that meet organizational goals in select markets while applying Association best practices in community engagement. Activate and support a portfolio of volunteers using peer coaching, Mission Conversations, and quality improvement strategies to demonstrate measurable growth year over year. Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups to secure agreements and host Association Community Programs. Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration with revenue, advocacy, and leadership stakeholders to identify awareness opportunities and expand reach. Evaluate volunteer performance and manage budgets, grants, and timelines with precision. Travel, including evening and weekend work, is required; a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Three years of experience in program delivery or volunteer management
- Valid driver's license
- Access to reliable vehicle
- Good driving record
- Proof of automobile insurance
- Travel
