Job Summary
Coordinate, oversee, and implement community programming to enhance residents' experiences while cultivating relationships with families and community organizations. Manage scheduling for events, trips, meetings, rooms, and group functions. Develop, promote, and distribute a monthly community newsletter. This full-time role requires Tuesday through Saturday hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility for weekends and holidays. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in aging and dementia, possess training to develop robust program calendars, and have current CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in knowledge of aging and dementia
- Qualified by experience and training to develop a robust calendar of programs for elders and persons with dementia
- Current CPR
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
