Coordinator, Programming Editorial

Coordinate and manage content promotion and curation workflows for Peloton's Programming Editorial team, organize project briefs and asset briefs, liaise with designers and contracted copywriters, provide final QA for on-platform assets, and support launching curated content across Peloton platforms. The role requires tracking creative timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a cohesive visual system. Must be highly organized with strong communication skills, a good design sensibility, and the ability to work independently across multiple projects; hybrid role with in-office presence Tue–Thu at New York Headquarters. Responsibilities include briefing contracted writers/designers, managing asset creation resources, providing status updates, and identifying opportunities to showcase content to members. Experience in content programming, digital marketing, project management, or related fields and proficiency with Google Workspace are essential.
