Job Summary
Manage data entry for new garment SKUs and client item requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Process Purchase Orders into Quickbooks and match vendor invoices for payment approval. Support the Production team by updating internal systems, providing order updates, packing lists, and tracking information upon fulfillment. Coordinate vendor onboarding, organize paperwork, maintain vendor catalogs, and track PO adjustments across design changes. Assist in reviewing samples, strike-offs, and pre-production proofs to verify order quantity, ship dates, artwork, sizing, and client guidelines before full production begins.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in production coordination, merchandising, apparel, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a sharp eye for consistency
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration platforms and tools (e.g. Asana, Monday)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
