Job Summary
Support staffing logistics by tracking associate availability in real time, drafting daily and weekly hours reports, and administering the workforce allocation tool. Manage practice group meetings through scheduling, room reservations, and vendor coordination for social events and retreats. Liaise with Finance on ad hoc projects regarding practice group financial performance and oversee tracking of trial and hearing dates. Analyze data for utilization reports and maintain active case records for the Litigation department. Requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in a professional services or legal environment. Salary range $53,200–$66,600 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment (preferred)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
