Job Summary
Lead liaison between Audacy podcast partners and the sales department by representing the slate in meetings, presenting sponsorship ideas, and managing branded segment approvals. Maintain subject matter expertise on partner shows by tracking scheduling changes, content availability, and industry trends to relay updates to internal teams. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance divisions to handle post-sales workflows, new partner onboarding, and the development of custom advertising integrations. Utilize platforms including Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Slides to create pitch decks and present monthly show-specific reports. Monitor digital media news and brand deals to ensure alignment with talent brand affinities and show structures.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital, podcast, or media environment (including internships)
- Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate on projects and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact with different levels of talent, agents, internal management, and leadership

Desired Qualifications
