Organize and coordinate maintenance tasks, including directing junior technicians, while preparing work orders, gathering materials, and managing incoming incident reports. Serve as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance on execution and supporting skill development. Maintain strong client relationships by anticipating needs and advising on improvements. Lead and coach the maintenance team, focusing on performance reviews and training. Requires an MBO degree in E&W technology, ERP experience, and strong organizational skills. Salaried position with a range of €3,350 to €5,824 gross monthly, offering 25 vacation days and a flat organizational structure.
