Job Summary

Lead ambulatory quality, safety, and preparedness initiatives across the Physician Practice Division by designing, implementing, and continuously improving programs for nurse triage quality assurance, patient safety event management, and emergency preparedness. Proactively identify risks and strengthen systems using High Reliability Organization principles to drive sustainable improvements in operational outcomes. Serve as a clinical resource and trusted advisor to leaders and staff, advancing a culture of safety through quality improvement, professional development, and innovative communication strategies. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and support teams to enhance preparedness, share best practices, and improve patient outcomes across a multi-specialty network. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current New York State Registered Nurse license, and three years of clinical experience in ambulatory care or quality improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current New York State Registered Nurse license
  • Three (3) years of clinical experience in ambulatory care, quality improvement, patient safety, nurse triage, regulatory compliance, or healthcare operations

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • CPHQ, CPPS, Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification, or related certification
