Coordinator Patient Care Services RN (Team Coordinator) - Emergency Department - FT Night

Coordinate patient care services in the Emergency Department as a Team Coordinator RN. Lead daily unit operations, serve as a clinical resource and role model for the patient care team, and advance patient care standards during designated shifts. Facilitate and coordinate patient care delivery and throughput across the continuum, collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure quality and safe care, support nursing professional development and governance through participation in councils and the Clinical Ladder program, and participate in performance improvement and risk management activities. Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and care partners, support discharge planning, and assist in organizing staffing and schedules to meet patient care needs.
