Job Summary
Assist in trafficking approved media plans and ensuring accurate campaign setup across paid search platforms. Support keyword research, ad copy development, and QA of campaign assets while monitoring budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments under guidance. Pull, organize, and validate performance data to support reporting, prepare client-facing presentations, and identify basic trends for escalation. Handle monthly billing processes, maintain records, assist with reconciliation, and resolve billing discrepancies. Gather research and data to support campaign planning, contribute to strategic discussions, and collaborate on daily operations. Learn paid search platforms and bid management tools through training programs and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 0–18 months of experience in marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related field (internships applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (training provided)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and client support
- Collaborative and receptive to feedback, with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Accountable for delivering high-quality work on time
