Job Summary
Ops & CX Performance Coordinator responsible for monitoring UAE operations and customer experience performance, developing a repeatable process for monitoring and reporting, driving data-driven decision making, and delivering continuous improvement through analytical and interpersonal skills. You will assist in monitoring and improving UAE performance metrics across Operations and CX, provide preliminary insights to aid decision-making, organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, coordinate projects between local and regional teams, monitor performance, identify gaps, raise flags as needed, and help implement performance improvement plans to enhance overall efficiency. Key skills include proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), strong English communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently while collaborating when needed.
