Coordinator, Operations & Logistics

Manage and maintain inventory organization for BCZ merchandise and vendor stock within the centralized warehouse, ensuring accurate physical and digital records. Execute physical fulfillment for online sales and coordinate restocking across retail points and event sites. Coordinate event asset delivery to event sites and conduct regular visits to AKOMA Hub and Store locations for on-site logistics support. Assist with procurement processes, contract coordination, and vendor management while tracking key performance indicators for inventory accuracy and fulfillment turnaround. Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics decisions within your area of responsibility. Maintain scheduled availability for coordination check-ins with team members, vendors, and event partners. Support team-wide logistics planning sessions, briefings, and after-action reviews to ensure continuous improvement across all operational functions.
