Job Summary
Screen phone calls, answer inquiries, and welcome site visitors while managing calendars and coordinating travel. Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, reports, and correspondence, and execute project administration including setup, schedules, notifications, purchase orders, and report finalization. Manage department records, job files, project schedules, work logs, databases, and training records. Assist with internal and external quality audits and periodic management reports. Perform clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing. Work independently with strong attention to detail in a busy environment, with the ability to travel as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2+ years directly related experience
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, other applications/software as necessary to fulfil job duties for assigned department (e.g., Met-Track/Crystal Reports, AutoCAD, Visio, etc.)
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor
- Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work independently (minimal supervision and direction)
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of accuracy and speed
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a 'busy' environment
- Ability to travel as business needs dictate
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
