Job Summary
Create daily schedules and oversee coordination for event setup and teardown operations. Lead the team in executing stand construction, installing temporary technical infrastructure, and finishing exhibition floors according to the build plan. Coach team members and manage both permanent staff and temporary workers to ensure flawless floor execution. Support the Facility Manager in directing operations while actively contributing new ideas and staying current with industry trends.
Required Qualifications

- Contact point for exhibitors and stand builders during setup and teardown
- Coach team members in their tasks
- Direct team members when necessary
- Structure the coordination of fair setup and teardown
- Create good daily planning with tasks
- Monitor this coordination around events
- Work in an environment with much variety
- Work hard
- Follow a blueprint to build a fair or event from A to Z with the team
- Support the Facility Manager in the direction and guidance of fixed employees and temporary workers
- Ensure everything runs flawlessly on the floor
- Actively contribute new ideas
- Stay informed about the latest trends
