Job Summary
Coordinate program activities with the Director of Oncology Quality and Accreditations and the Medical Director to achieve and maintain the highest clinical outcomes and superior patient experience. Develop, maintain, and implement quality improvement and data management initiatives, manage outreach and marketing, and enforce clinical practice standards. Design, implement, and evaluate system-wide program components for each clinical entity within the assigned oncology program. Manage support services utilization and establish effective working relationships with staff, management, providers, and allied health professionals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare administration with at least three years of management experience; weekends are not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
- Strong administrative, management, and supervisory experience
- Minimum (3) years management experience in business or healthcare-related services
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
- Previous work experience in oncology
- Physician practice, ambulatory care, surgery, or oncology management experience
