Job Summary

Coordinate program activities with the Director of Oncology Quality and Accreditations and the Medical Director to achieve and maintain the highest clinical outcomes and superior patient experience. Develop, maintain, and implement quality improvement, data management, outreach, marketing, and clinical practice standards while designing, implementing, and evaluating system-wide program components for each clinical entity. Manage utilization of support services and establish effective working relationships with staff, management, providers, and allied health professionals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare administration, three years of management experience, and strong administrative skills. Full-time role with 8:30am to 5pm hours, no weekend requirements, based in Atlanta.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Strong administrative, management, and supervisory experience
  • Minimum (3) years management experience in business or healthcare-related services

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Previous work experience in oncology
  • Physician practice, ambulatory care, surgery, or oncology management experience
