Job Summary
Coordinator for the Office of the Chaplaincy provides centralized administrative and programmatic support for Chapel operations and events across Lower, Middle, and Upper School. Responsibilities include managing scheduling and calendars for Chaplains and Chapel programs, maintaining activity records, coordinating all-school chapels and divisional chapels logistics (including transportation, setup, and materials), preparing communications, managing vendor payments and off-campus rentals, ordering supplies, updating the Spiritual Life page, and supporting Chapel speakers and participants. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced school environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; and a collaborative approach to supporting teachers, students, and families. Starting salary range is $45,000-$50,000, commensurate with experience; 0.75 time (part-time) position located in New York, NY.
