Job Summary
Coordinate and implement engagement initiatives that foster a vibrant campus community and involve students outside of the classroom. The role will supervise undergraduate students serving in leadership positions, develop and evaluate engagement programs (including HogSync and other student engagement platforms), and collaborate with the Student Engagement Collective and the Assistant Director to promote involvement, leadership development, and personal growth. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to establish rapport with faculty, staff, and students are essential; prior experience with university student engagement platforms and program evaluation is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Experience planning and implementing programs or events for students
