Job Summary
Coordinate and adjudicate student conduct cases as a hearing officer from intake through resolution, maintain confidential conduct records, and collaborate with Campus Safety, Residence Life, Counseling Services, Title IX, and Academic Affairs. Develop educational sanctions and restorative practices; conduct workshops and training for student conduct board members and campus partners; provide crisis response support and ensure compliance with FERPA and Clery. Actively support student rights, policy enforcement, and retention through effective case management, documentation, and outreach on student responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or related field
- One to three years of experience in student affairs, student conduct, residence life, or a related area
- Knowledge of student conduct practices and higher education policies
- Strong communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills
