Job Summary
Coordinator of State and Federal Programs to oversee and develop State and Federal programs (ESEA Title I, Title III, Title IV, MOWR) within a K-12 district, including planning and evaluating interventions (RTI) and English Language Learner instruction; develops professional development for ELD practitioners and teachers, coordinates funding utilization, monitors data and compliance with state and federal laws, and supports principals and staff in grant-funded program administration and district initiatives. The role requires collaboration with administrators, teachers, and district leadership to align federal programs with student achievement goals, budget monitoring, and timely reporting; duties include researching instructional materials, data collection and analysis, and ensuring adherence to district and state regulations. Physical demands include regular movement around campus and lifting up to 25 pounds; work environment may involve exposure to varied conditions. Location: Queen Creek District Office – Educational Services, Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate Required
- Must pass a background clearance
- Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
