Job Summary
Field-based coordinator role responsible for maintaining and expanding revenue through proactive management of patient-administration services across hospital and clinic accounts. Drives continuity of ZOLL medical devices and workflows by educating hospital staff on order requirements, payer documentation, and workflows; collaborates with office staff, healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams to optimize patient care transitions, reimbursement processes, and device utilization. Manages follow-up activities, ensures timely documentation, and supports departmental projects while meeting performance metrics. Requires strong organization, autonomous planning in collaboration with others, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics) to improve operational efficiencies and payer communications. Travel within defined geography up to ~80% is expected, with responsibility for field-based customer interactions and provider education to ensure appropriate levels of service and revenue realization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma /GED required
- Bachelor's Degree From a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales
- Healthcare/Medical Device (Clinical or Billing) experience preferred
- Ability to navigate Hospital and Clinic/Practice environments defined as proficiently navigating hospital flow, document collection, along with competent and confident provider and patient interaction
