Job Summary
Part-Time on-site Coordinator of Office Operations to manage day-to-day office administration, building operations, and internal procedures; reports to AVP of Finance & Operations; supervises up to 1 intern. Responsibilities include managing Slack requests, space calendar, access protocols, liaison with property management, mail and deliveries, inventory, expenses, basic IT troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding with IT vendor, Google Drive filing, event coordination, creating SOPs, and supporting leadership.
