Job Summary
Coordinate and implement family engagement programs across Title I and Title III initiatives; provide professional learning for school staff, families, and community members; offer TOT for Parent Advisory Committees; support English Learner families and translation services; lead countywide family support groups; monitor ESSA Title I/III compliance; plan and conduct district-wide parent and family workshops, events, and communications; collaborate with school leaders to develop FE plans, budgets, and evaluations; drive data-informed needs assessments and program improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related area
- Five (5) years of classroom teaching experience with diverse populations
- Bilingual English-Spanish required
- Virginia Postgraduate Professional License in Administration and Supervision, or ability to secure same
