Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee the administrative responsibilities of the clinical year for Mercer University’s Physician Assistant Program in the College of Health Professions; manage coordination of clinical practicums with preceptors; serve as the first-line contact for clinical students and preceptors; communicate effectively with physicians, clinical office staff, and students; requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects, and ability to travel; requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with E*Value/EVOS systems; in-person work on Mercer’s Atlanta campus.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and Sales, Biology/Sciences, Human Resources, Health Information, or a related degree is required, along with three years of directly relevant experience that could include sales/marketing, recruitment, prior experience in a health sciences-related environment, and/or prior experience in a healthcare environment.
