Job Summary
Coordinator of Expanded Learning Time (ELT) Student Supports is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing systems of support for students with unique behavioral, learning, and/or social-emotional needs. The role involves reviewing IEPs and 504 plans, developing inclusive plans, coaching program staff, ensuring accommodations, and coordinating with school and district teams to provide continuity of services. Responsibilities include collaboration with school-based and district professionals, curriculum design and professional development for the ELT department, and using data to inform program quality and student outcomes. Required skills include strong communication, equity focus, organizational design, analytic problem solving, inclusion experience, staff supervision and coaching, and capacity to support multilingual learners. Master’s degree is preferred; Bachelor’s degree is required; minimum two years of relevant experience and one year of administrative experience are expected. This is a 260-day, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (with variable special program days) exempt position in Framingham Public Schools.
