Job Summary
Conduct faculty administration for dual enrollment and CCP programs by supervising instructor selection, evaluating course delivery, and coordinating program articulation with high schools. Manage course administration by researching enrollment trends, recommending course continuations or eliminations, and serving as ex-officio on curriculum and faculty council committees. Oversee the credentialing process, facilitate peer reviews, and coordinate professional development for both college and high school faculty partners. Provide administrative support to the Academic Dean regarding NEASC accreditation standards and BOR oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriately related field
- Higher education administration
- Academic course scheduling
- Budget and fiscal management
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Proof of eligibility to work under the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA)
- Successful completion of a background check, including granting permission to contact current and previous employers for verification, reference checks, criminal history, and, when applicable, credit or driving history checks
Desired Qualifications
- High school teaching/administration experience and/or concurrent/dual enrollment experience either in college or in high school
- Experience managing partnerships
- Experience supporting any stage of the application process (i.e., recruitment, first-time registration, student onboarding, etc.)
- Experience navigating multiple priorities and creating detailed deliverables
