Job Summary
Coordinator of Digital Learning leads instructional coaching across schools, supervising Instructional Coaches for Digital Learning (DLCs) under the Supervisor of Digital Learning. Responsibilities include strengthening coaching effectiveness, aligning coaching with curriculum and division priorities, monitoring impact, providing feedback to DLCs, and leveraging instructional technology to enhance teaching and learning. Requires leadership in instructional coaching, ability to design and deliver professional learning, and collaboration with Teaching and Learning staff to integrate curriculum alignment and technology into practice.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Technology, or related field
- Professional teaching license with endorsements in Administration and Supervision; Education Specialist (Ed.S.) or doctoral degree preferred

- Strong instructional leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and instructional technology trends
- Experience coaching adult learners and facilitating job-embedded professional learning
- Experience supporting instructional improvement at school or division level, preferably in leadership or coaching roles
