Job Summary
Coordinator of Dedicated Operations responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and managing daily site activities of the assigned Dedicated Officers; assist the Director in managing efficiency to ensure on-site services run smoothly; develop and implement a scalable plan; lead staffing, scheduling, post coverage, and incident reviews; drive KPI-driven performance (labor efficiencies, shift completion, customer and employee retention, AR metrics) while maintaining high service quality; collaborate with franchise owners and the Director to align with client needs and Signal brand values; requires Tennessee security license prior to employment, valid driver’s license, and strong leadership/communication skills; role requires flexible availability including weekends and extended shifts; Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of management experience; duties include training, hiring, coaching, and ensuring compliance across multiple sites, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Tennessee security license (must already have before employment)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be able to read, speak and write in English
- Reliable transportation
