Job Summary
Mobilize the body of Christ to care for one another by overseeing congregational care ministries, including counseling referrals, grief support, hospital visitation, and funeral assistance. Recruit, schedule, and train volunteers while ordering supplies and providing spiritual support, prayer, and resource connections. Develop the Congregational Care team to assist with new expressions of care such as the Stephens Ministry and Marriage Mentoring, while participating in strategic planning and professional development. Requires a Bachelor's degree with a Master's preferred, and involves extensive administrative and organizational duties within a pastoral, care-oriented environment.
