Job Summary
Develop individualized community opportunities in employment, volunteerism, recreation, and social engagement for adults with autism. Build partnerships with employers and community organizations to expand access for learners. Assess learner skills, develop individualized goals and ISP objectives, and supervise Direct Support Professionals. Monitor learner progress, review documentation, and ensure compliance with DDD requirements. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes. Assist with staff hiring, onboarding, and program development while supporting departmental initiatives. Full-time role (40 hours/week) with a Bachelor's degree required; Master's and BCBA certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid New Jersey driver's license
