Coordinator of CER

Job Summary
Coordinate CER program planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation; manage budgets and payroll; supervise personnel; coordinate with Fire and Police departments to provide access to school buildings after hours; administer a childcare program before and after the school day; organize and administer summer youth enrichment programs, summer day camp, Group Tennis sessions, and after-school activities; manage program growth to ensure fiscal viability; develop promotional packages and coordinate publicity; work with local businesses and district principals to optimize facility use and community engagement; conduct in-service training and evaluation procedures for CER staff; ensure compliance with district policies and state/federal regulations; establish tuition fees and eligibility requirements; coordinate with Buildings and Grounds for equipment installation and maintenance schedules; manage the CER School Age Care Security FOB system; prepare reports as requested; build effective relationships with administrators, schools, and community groups; oversee financial management including payroll and program billing; and perform other duties as deemed appropriate by the district.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation or Management, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities or relevant experience.
- Experience in managing multifaceted operations.
