Job Summary
Coordinator of Campus Life responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Office of Campus Life, advising and guiding registered student organizations (e.g., SGA, CAB, NPHC, Greek Life), overseeing organization registration, and helping execute campus events and traditions (Welcome Week, Homecoming, Discovery Week). Will provide coaching to student leaders, track engagement, assist with event logistics (space reservations, vendors, setup/teardown), support leadership development programs and Civic engagement initiatives, maintain records, and help prepare reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in student affairs or related area, plus strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and ability to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 1-3 years of experience in student affairs, campus life, or related area (graduate assistant experience acceptable)
- Experience working directly with student organizations or student leaders
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
