Job Summary
Deliver financial literacy sessions using the approved curriculum, register participants on Pulse data, and maintain attendance records. Set up training venues with necessary equipment, coordinate with Mobilizers and Location Leaders for scheduling, and support smooth execution of field activities. Carry training materials to the location for distribution and submit daily or weekly reports to the Location Leader or project manager. Assist in approaching target groups to organize sessions. Open to travel and relocation at the project location.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/ Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision
- Open to travel and relocate at the project location
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes
- Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
